Configuring Departments and adding multiple Users to JSRS


1. The JSRS provides for unlimited Departments and unlimited Users to be configured within your company.


2. Login as Administrator and visit Enterprise Admin module and follow the process.

JSRS Compliance Documents List


1. The JSRS Certificate is issued after your company goes through a diligence process by businessgateways Certifications Department. As part of the process, you will be expected to upload information based on a standard checklist using the Supplier Validation Form (SVF). ''See list of Mandatory Documents Required here''


2. In SVF some of the information is mandatory while others are optional. However, it is advised to maximize your document upload for faster resolution of Certification.

Note: If there is any decline in the submission in the system, you need to update the documents or content as per the declined comments and submit the form again for validation.


JSRS Certification Site Visit Support


The JSRS Site Visit is part of the Diligence process for JSRS Certification and is applicable ONLY to Omani Companies. International Companies are exempt from Site Visit.

Note: The Online Site Visit option will be enabled only after the submission of the Supplier Validation Form (Tier 2).

 

JSRS Certification Status Check


1. Login to JSRS. On the Homepage Menu bar, under Quick Links click the listed JSRS Certificate to view & download your JSRS Certificate if it is issued to you.


2. You can view the Approved Products & Certificates by scanning the QR Code on your JSRS Certificate.


3. Once your Certificate is approved, you join the JSRS Certified Suppliers Network (JSRS CSN) and you are eligible to download the JSRS Certified Suppliers Badge from the Dashboard. You can use this on your mail signatures and Business Cards.
